That recipe sounds amazing, it with out the right style of cooker I guess my husband, who absolutely loves ribs, will have to suffice with an attempt to cook them with the ingredients mentioned in the oven. 👩‍🍳🤗

This sounds fabulous. I have a sous vide cooker, but am wary of using it for, as you mentioned, food safety concerns. When my husband was alive, he used it for infusing alcohol. Worked amazingly well, and produced intense flavors. I’m going to try your recipe in the oven, or maybe in an instant pot. Thanks for sharing it.

Hey Mary, thanks for your nice words!

Infusing alcohol is a great perk of sous-vide. Same works for infusing oil, the results are great.

I am sure the recipe will still work in an instant pot, so go for it!

If you ever have doubts or want to start taking back that sous-vide cooker reach me out, I'll be happy to clear your concerns and give you some tricks!

When my partner does sous vide, he uses the normal rice cooker rather than a dedicated machine. Amazing roast beef and so much else!

No way. I just discovered this! It's genius.

So how does it work exactly, you put on the "Keep Warm" setting, fill the cup with water and put the bag inside?
