Hmm! Asian desserts, for me that is a struggle. My favourite is sweet sticky rice with mango, and I know India isn’t part of your Asian realm with cooking, but I do love Pistachio Kulfi. That’s it! In my younger days when I had no weight worries I did partake of deep fried battered bananas and icecream .. yum!
